PROGRAMS/SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH JUNCTIONS

 

Access to Recovery Services

3-Month, Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program

 

National Guard-Access to Recovery Services

Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program for National Guard Service Members

 

Community Reinforcement and Family Training Services

Customized, one-on-one training and education for family members of 'treatment refusing' substace abusers

 

Early Intervention Services

Weekly group classes and one-on-one case management to assist with:

        • identification of substance abuse triggers
        • development of relapse prevention plan
        • connection to community support resources & services

 This program is availble for TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) or TANF-Eligible clients and lasts up to16 weeks

 

 

Community Resource Listing

Junctions has developed an intensive community resource listing that is available to

EVERYONE - FREE OF CHARGE!

 

This 16-page listing provides service descriptions and contact information for over 150 helping agencies/services in Curry County.

 

 

 

Junctions-Access to Recovery is funded through  a partnership with Optum Health New Mexico (OHNM) through a grant to the New Mexico Behavioral Health Services Division/Human Services Department from SAMHSA. 

 

Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Assistance

 Junctions-HPRP is funded through  a partnership with Tierra Del Sol Housing Corporation (TDS) through a grant made possible through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.

 

Junctions serves as the Curry County Intake Site for HPRP, and provides related Case Managment for approved applicants.
